Lash and Soul provides premium lash and brow care services rooted in wellness. Our signatures services include lash extension, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, waxing and threading. We empower, educate, and encourage our tribe to embrace their authentic beauty and purse an intentional life. We believe in promoting self love, self care and self compassion in all that we do.
At lash & Soul we value both your time and ours. If you need to cancel your appointment we respectfully request a 24 hour notice. If your cancellation is greater than 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. If your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the prepaid deposit will be forfeited. For appointments cancelled on the day of the scheduled appointment, the cancellation fee is equal to the full payment of the service and is required prior to rebooking.
Please note that is your are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been schedule and the above policies apply.

Our staff considerably invests in the training, time and attention that goes into each Lash & Soul service. Because of this we do not offer refunds on services rendered. If any issues or concerns arise after your session is complete, please contact our studio as soon as possible. We will work to resolve them immediately. Any service follow-ups after our 3-day window may incur additional charges.
Deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation occurs 24 or more hours before the scheduled service time. Refunds on these deposits are batched and completed weekly on Tuesdays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing after your refund has been issued.
Service times vary depending on the type of service being performed as well as the stylist that is rendering the service. More information on the specific duration of the appointment can be found by accessing our online scheduler. Below is a general rule of thumb for your convenience. Please plan accordingly.
Full sets: 1.5-2 hours
Refill Maintenance: 45 minutes -1.5 hours
Lash Lifts: 1 hr.
Threading: 15- 30 minutes
